Work with us
To create your content, we require basic brand guidelines such as color palette and fonts. If you don't have them, we offer a Starte Branding Style Guide for Social Media. It can be purchased as a standalone or added to our Monthly Packages.
The onboarding process involves signing a contract for the first month. If you choose to continue, we will sign a retainer agreement for recurring monthly services. An invoice for the first month will be sent, and payment is due before we begin. For subsequent months, we offer retainer agreements for 3 and 6 months, with payment due on the 1st of each month. Additionally, we will provide a comprehensive Questionnaire covering brand guidelines, target audience, content pillars, and topics to base content on.
Our monthly process consists of creating your content and adding it to a Content Calendar in advance, which you can review and request revisions on. One round of revisions is included in all of our packages. Once approved, we will deliver or schedule your content via Later.com or another scheduling tool. We will also send you a short Content Questionnaire each month to add new topics or promotions for the following month's content. Alternatively, you can provide a Google Doc if you prefer.
